Good digital cameras for taking super close up pictures? - up close pictures of brazilian wax

I want a camera that takes good close-ups. Close up, I mean, a couple of inches, if possible. Photos are always elements that move things forward. I have an old digital rights and try to close the option to set, but still blurry pictures. I am not looking for something super smart and would love to stay under $ 400. I just want something that will have good plans!
